EXECUTIVE COACHING SERVICES FOR YOUR UNIQUE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES
It takes courage to be an leader.
And it takes courage to admit you don’t have all the answers. To sit in that reflective space and allow for the possibility that maybe you are part of the problem. Maybe you are the one getting in your own way. It’s probably not from a lack of knowing what needs to be done. We are bombarded with messages all day long about what to do… books, blogs, webinars, and even our Aunt Martha. The questions of contention, the ones that white-knuckle us, are often more about “How do I do this? How does this manifest in MY bones?” It’s one thing to study the answers and quite another to stand in the field in that moment, with the call of action before you. To feel and see what is catching you. To understand and articulate what old patterns are popping up. Your old go-to ways that have served you most of your life… but now are keeping you from where you long to be.
Who is standing in that field with you?
In the northern regions of Canada, indigenous tribes built large stone structures called inuksuk. The inuksuk are signs for lonely travelers who get lost, helping them find their way. Similarly, I will be a guide for you. We’ll figure it out together, reorient to the path that makes sense right now, and build the muscles for you to better navigate the wilderness of challenges that come your way.
Real leaders in real conversation.
Below are voices of real leaders in real conversation about their challenges. Maybe you see a reflection of your own longings for growth in their words. Maybe you read this with a hollowness in the pit of your stomach – feeling the ache for change but having no words to articulate what it is you long for. And that’s ok. You are out there every day forging ahead in uncharted territory, bringing your unique talent, story, and way of operating in the world. You are bound to get bound up at times.

Where are you struggling?
Overwhelmed & Overworked:
I spend so much time looking over employees’ shoulders because they can’t be trusted to do things the right way.
The thing is, I hate confrontation. I allow things to move along below standards, hoping it will get better. Then at some point, I snap and start firing.
I long to be able to clearly and regularly articulate my expectations and follow-up with appropriate consequences.
Disoriented & Unfulfilled:
My biggest frustration is that I’ve lost my sense of purpose within all the noise of running my business, making everyone happy, and keeping the lights on.
I find myself saying “yes” to commitments that don’t light my passion. Sometimes I look around and wonder, “What’s this all for?”
I long to have the kind of clarity around my purpose and vision that will rekindle the fire in my belly.
Fearful & Frozen:
I’ve been completely paralyzed about my new venture. While my gut tells me there’s a market for my idea, my mind is swarming with fear and judgment.
Who am I to claim I’m an expert? What if I fall flat on my face? I fear everyone is watching, and I can’t bring myself to launch forward.
I long to be able to step more boldly into my passion and dreams with power, precision, and poise.
Unbalanced & Exhausted:
I have a strong internal desire to serve, help, and give to others. Sometimes I give too much – beyond what I’m being paid to do, beyond what feels healthy.
I easily burn out, leaving little time for me, my business goals, and what brings me joy.
I long to be able to set clearer boundaries around my schedule, cultivate more balance, and restore my zest for life.
Distracted & Derailed:
My phone doesn’t leave my side. The first and last thing on my mind each day is “What do I need to accomplish? What problem do I need to solve? What could go wrong tomorrow?”
I’m generally wracked in fear that if I relax and turn off my motor, I’ll lose all the ground I’ve achieved.
I long to quiet my head noise and have more presence in my connections, trusting where I am and how I got here.
Isolated & Alone:
I have a strong network of friends, yet I think most of them would be surprised at my struggles. There is so much pressure to have it all together and be on “top.”
People stop checking on us strong ones. Anxiety has taken over my core yet most of the world would never know.
I long to be able to reach out and form more meaningful and supportive connections with peers and partners.
